NOTE: If you are elderly, have a learning disability, and/or your household does not have internet access, you can obtain an appointment by calling your local Central Florida Community Action Agency office.
Application for Service
Applications will be reviewed in the order that they are received. Currently, the turnaround time is up to 60 business days and status will be unavailable during the pre-review stage of the process. Weekends or holidays are not included in the date count.

Non-Utility Fees
ALL NON-UTILITY FEES WILL BE APPLICANT’S RESPONSIBILITY (GARBAGE/REFUSE, MOSQUITO CONTROL, ETC.). EFFECTIVE 4/12/2021
